Summary

This study tested whether 8 weeks of aerobic or resistance exercise could improve heart health markers in 45 sedentary women aged 18-25. Participants were split into three groups: aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, or no exercise (control). The researchers measured blood markers and fitness levels before and after the program to see if exercise caused beneficial changes.
