First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single educational session about the benefits of exercise can help people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (IBD) become more physically active. Researchers will track 71 adults in remission over 12 months to see if the session improves exercise levels, fatigue, and quality of life. The goal is to find a simple way to help patients overcome fears and start moving.
