Exercise may boost Chemo's power against breast cancer

Summary
This study tests if a supervised exercise program during chemotherapy can help eliminate breast cancer more effectively. 712 patients will either do high-intensity interval and resistance training or receive usual care. The main goal is to see if exercise increases the chance of having no cancer left at surgery.
