NCT ID NCT06912425
First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week program of exercise, a protein-controlled diet, and educational sessions could improve health in 15 people with early-stage chronic kidney disease (stages G1 and G2). The goal was to see changes in cholesterol, muscle strength, body composition, and quality of life. Researchers measured these factors from the start to the end of the program to find out if the lifestyle changes made a difference.
