NCT ID NCT07346703
First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining a supervised exercise program with a long-term DHA (a type of omega-3 found in fish oil) supplement can improve physical function, thinking, fatigue, and quality of life in 100 adults with multiple sclerosis. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the combined treatment or a control. The goal is to see if this approach can help manage MS symptoms better than exercise alone.
