First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study will test whether adding computerized brain training to a 10-week walking and resistance exercise program can improve walking and reduce falls in older veterans with multiple sclerosis. Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to exercise alone or exercise plus cognitive training, then have their falls tracked for a year. The goal is to gather early data on feasibility and potential benefits for gait, thinking, and fall prevention.
