First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding computer-based cognitive training to walking and resistance exercises can improve walking and reduce falls in older veterans with multiple sclerosis. Thirty veterans will take part in a 10-week program, and their falls will be tracked for a year. The goal is to gather early data on how well this combined approach works and whether it affects inflammation in the body.
