Summary

This study tests a combined exercise and cognitive rehabilitation program delivered via mobile health for older cancer survivors (age 60+) who have memory or thinking concerns after treatment. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and improves cognitive function. The study enrolls 40 participants who have completed curative cancer treatment.
