Summary

This study tests a combined mobile exercise and cognitive rehabilitation program for older cancer survivors (age 60+) who have memory or thinking concerns after treatment. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and can improve cognitive function. 40 participants will use a smartphone app for exercise tracking and attend group workshops for cognitive training.
