Summary
This study looks at whether doing physical activity before a gentle brain stimulation technique (HD-tDCS) can lower anxiety more than either method by itself. Researchers will measure anxiety levels and brain activity in 29 healthy adults aged 18 to 50. Participants must not have any neurological or psychiatric disorders or take medications affecting the central nervous system.
