First seen Jul 30, 2026 · Last updated Jul 31, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether a 6-week online program delivered via WeChat or WhatsApp can help pregnant women and their partners sleep better and feel less stressed. The program includes videos, quizzes, and professional support. Researchers will measure sleep quality, heart rate, and stress using wearable bands and questionnaires, with follow-ups up to a year later.
