Can a workout plan make pregnancy healthier for mom and baby?
NCT ID NCT07264231
Summary
This study is testing whether a supervised exercise program during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy can improve health for both the mother and the baby. Researchers will enroll 64 first-time pregnant women to see if exercise improves the mother's fitness, metabolism, and blood vessel health, and leads to better outcomes for the newborn. The goal is to see if this lifestyle change can help prevent common pregnancy complications.
