Summary
This study looks at which type of exercise program works best for inactive adults aged 18 to 35. Thirty people who are not very active will be placed into one of three groups: supervised group exercise, a mobile app program, or a video-based home workout. They will exercise three times a week for eight weeks, and researchers will measure changes in their physical activity levels and health.
