App-Based exercise eases chemo side effects in breast cancer patients

Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app exercise program is practical and helpful for women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. 32 women participated, doing guided exercises and education through the app. The goal was to see if it improves arm function, fitness, and quality of life.
