NCT ID NCT07230873
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week circuit exercise program (combining aerobic and resistance moves) could improve inflammation markers in 22 overweight women aged 20-30. Participants exercised four times a week at moderate-to-high intensity. Results showed the program increased adiponectin (a helpful hormone) and lowered hs-CRP (a marker of inflammation), suggesting exercise may help control heart disease risk.
