Summary
This study looks at whether adding two different exercise programs to a Mediterranean diet can lower inflammation better than diet alone in adults aged 18-65 with obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. About 90 participants will be assigned to diet only or diet plus one of two exercise plans. The goal is to see if the combination improves inflammatory markers and body composition.
