This study looked at how different types of exercise—aerobic, resistance, or both—affect the risk of hardening of the arteries in 113 women who had gone through menopause and were not active. The goal was to see if exercise could improve blood vessel health and lower future heart risks. Results help guide exercise recommendations for this group.
