This study looked at how different exercise programs affect heart health in people who recently had a heart attack. 188 adults aged 18-75 were assigned to 12 weeks of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), moderate continuous training, or standard physical activity. The goal was to see which approach best improves fitness and reduces scarring in the heart muscle.
