Summary
This study looked at how different exercise programs affect fitness and heart scarring in people who had a heart attack. 188 adults, aged 18-75, were assigned to 12 weeks of high-intensity interval training, moderate continuous training, or standard physical activity. The goal was to see which approach best improves oxygen use and reduces heart muscle damage.
