Summary
This study looked at how a protein called type 1 interferon, which is high in people with lupus, changes the way the body adapts to exercise. 55 adults with lupus did a 12-week high-intensity aerobic exercise program. Researchers measured changes in fitness and fatigue to understand how lupus affects exercise benefits.
