Summary
This study looked at how lupus changes the way the body adapts to exercise. Researchers wanted to understand if certain immune signals make it harder for people with lupus to get fit. 55 adults with lupus took part in a 12-week exercise program to measure changes in heart and lung fitness and fatigue levels.
