Summary
This study looks at whether adding a daily physical activity program to structured exercises can improve disability, anxiety, depression, and sleep in elderly people with chronic low back pain. One hundred participants aged 60 and older will be split into three groups: exercise plus activity, exercise only, or usual care. The goal is to see if the combined approach offers extra benefits for both physical and mental health.
