Exercise program aims to boost fitness and ease symptoms in cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing an 8 to 12 week exercise program for people who have or had cancer. The program includes supervised exercise classes, either online or in person, twice a week. The goal is to help participants increase their physical activity and reduce cancer-related symptoms like pain or fatigue. About 740 adults across Canada will take part.
