Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called EVOLVE104 in 160 people with advanced bladder cancer or several types of squamous cell cancer that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. This is a first step to see if the drug is promising enough for larger studies.
