Summary
This study tests an oral drug called etrasimod in children aged 2 to under 12 with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The goal is to see if the drug can safely reduce inflammation and bring the disease under control. Participants will take the drug for up to 52 weeks, with an option to continue treatment for up to 5 years total.
