Summary

This study tests an oral medication called etrasimod in children aged 2 to 12 with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The goal is to see if it can safely reduce inflammation and bring about remission over 52 weeks. Participants who finish may continue treatment for up to 5 years total.
