Summary
This study aimed to compare two common materials (Ethibond suture and vessel loop) used as draining setons for complex anal fistulas. The goal was to see which material better controls infection, lasts longer, and improves quality of life. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 2 participants, so no reliable conclusions can be drawn.
