This study compares two common surgeries for anal fistula, a painful condition causing discharge and discomfort. One hundred adults will receive either the LIFT procedure (which aims to protect bowel control) or fistulotomy with seton (a thread placed in the tract). Researchers will track healing time, recurrence, pain, and whether patients maintain normal bowel control.
