Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and Rhomboid block) to manage pain after lung surgery using a minimally invasive method called VATS. 76 adults were randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks. The goal was to see which block provides better pain relief and reduces the need for strong painkillers (opioids) after surgery.
