Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and PIFB) to see which one provides better pain relief and helps patients recover their breathing after open-heart surgery. About 80 adults having their first heart surgery will take part. The goal is to find the best way to manage pain and speed up recovery.
