Summary
This study tests whether adding immunotherapy to a special type of radiation (that spares key immune nodes) plus chemotherapy can help adults with advanced esophageal cancer live longer without the disease getting worse. About 432 participants will receive either the full combo or just radiation and chemo. The goal is to see if the immune-boosting drug makes the treatment more effective.
