New combo therapy aims to ease stubborn fibromyalgia pain

Summary
This study looks at whether adding esketamine to usual fibromyalgia treatments can reduce pain more effectively and faster. About 92 adults with fibromyalgia who haven't gotten enough relief from standard care will take part. Researchers will compare pain scores between those getting standard therapy alone and those getting standard therapy plus esketamine.
