Summary
This study looks at whether giving esketamine continuously during breast cancer surgery can help reduce anxiety and depression in patients who already have mild-to-severe depressive symptoms. About 142 women will take part, and their mood and sleep quality will be tracked before and after surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can improve emotional well-being during a stressful time.
