Can doubling down on radiation beat aggressive lung cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether giving a higher total dose of radiation, split into two treatments each day, can help people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer live longer without the cancer growing. All 300 participants will receive standard chemotherapy, and they will be randomly assigned to one of three radiation dose levels. The goal is to find a more effective way to control this fast-growing cancer while monitoring side effects and quality of life.
