Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests whether giving higher doses of radiation twice a day can improve outcomes for people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. All 300 participants will receive standard chemotherapy and be randomly assigned to one of three radiation dose levels. The study will compare how long patients live without the cancer growing and overall survival, while also tracking side effects and quality of life.
