Summary

This study tests two medications, ergometrine and carbetocin, injected directly into the uterus during surgery to remove fibroids. The goal is to see which one reduces blood loss more effectively. About 40 women having abdominal myomectomy will take part, and their blood loss, need for transfusion, and hemoglobin levels will be tracked.
