Summary
This study aimed to understand how erectile dysfunction is related to pain and disease activity in men with ankylosing spondylitis, a chronic inflammatory back disease. Researchers observed 90 men, comparing those on different treatments and healthy volunteers, using questionnaires. No treatments were changed or tested; the goal was to gather information to better understand this common but underreported issue.
