Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a single dose of ER-100 is safe for adults with open-angle glaucoma or a type of optic nerve stroke called NAION. Researchers will monitor side effects, eye health, and vision over up to 5 years. The goal is to find a safe dose for future studies.
