Which glaucoma tool works best during cataract surgery?

Summary
This study looks at three different devices used to treat glaucoma during cataract surgery. The goal is to see which one controls eye pressure and reduces the need for glaucoma drops best over 6 months. About 132 adults with open-angle glaucoma will take part.
