Summary
This study looks at why some people with hard-to-treat epilepsy get better after a procedure called SEEG-guided thermocoagulation, which uses heat to destroy tiny areas of the brain causing seizures. Researchers will use brain scans and blood tests to find markers that predict who will respond well. The goal is to better select patients for this treatment and improve outcomes.
