New care model aims to ease anxiety and depression in epilepsy patients

Summary

This study tests a 24-week collaborative care program for 60 adults with epilepsy who also have anxiety or depression. The program adds extra support from a care manager to usual neurology care, aiming to improve emotional well-being and quality of life. Participants must be 18 or older, have an epilepsy diagnosis, and receive care at Atrium Health.
