Summary
This study looks at a specific gene change (called hMLH1 hypermethylation) in stomach cancer to understand why it happens and how it affects treatment. Researchers will study 245 patients who had stomach cancer surgery to find links between lifestyle, diet, and this gene change. The goal is to better predict which treatments work best for each patient.
