NCT ID NCT06962111
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a workshop series designed for people aged 60 and older with early-stage memory loss who live alone. The program provides education and skills training via Zoom to reduce stress, improve well-being, and help with future planning. Researchers will gather feedback from 70 participants to see if it improves quality of life and reduces loneliness.

- What this could lead to
- If successful, this program could provide a practical way to help people with early memory loss who live alone manage challenges and plan for the future.
- What could go wrong
- This is a small, early-stage study with no control group, so results may not apply broadly. The intervention is behavioral, not a medical treatment, and benefits may be modest.
