First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study looks at blood, bone marrow, and lymph node samples from people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or Richter syndrome who are receiving epcoritamab. The goal is to learn how the drug affects immune cells and cancer cells over time. Only 5 people are taking part, and the study does not test a new treatment—it collects samples to better understand the drug's effects.
