New hope for lymphoma patients: drug duo tested as first-line therapy

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, epcoritamab and rituximab, as the first treatment for people with follicular lymphoma, a slow-growing blood cancer. About 100 adults who have not had prior lymphoma therapy will receive the drugs to see how well they shrink tumors and what side effects occur. The goal is to find a more effective first treatment option.
