Summary
This study tests a drug called entrectinib for children under 3 with specific types of brain tumors (NTRK or ROS1-fused). The drug targets the genetic changes driving the tumor, aiming to shrink it and delay growth. About 52 children will receive the drug alone, avoiding traditional chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease and improve outcomes.
