Summary
This early-phase trial tested a four-drug combination (entinostat, atezolizumab, carboplatin, and etoposide) in 3 people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that had not been treated before. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination could be given for at least 3 cycles. The study is now complete, but results are not yet reported.
