NCT ID NCT04631029

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tested a new combination of drugs for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that had not been treated before. The goal was to find the best dose and see if adding entinostat to standard treatments (atezolizumab, carboplatin, and etoposide) is safe and might work better. Only 3 people took part, and the study focused on side effects and how many could complete at least 3 cycles of treatment.
