Personal goals may boost mental health care engagement

Summary
This study tests whether adding patients' own goals and concerns to their mental health care plan helps them stay engaged in treatment. About 2,400 adults receiving collaborative care for anxiety or depression will use an enhanced questionnaire and dashboard. Researchers will compare engagement and satisfaction between this approach and standard care.
