Summary
This study is testing whether a special diet and exercise program is practical and helpful for people who have had head and neck cancers (like mouth or throat cancer). About 40 adults who are scheduled for radiation treatment will take part. The main goal is to see if people can stick with the program and find it useful, not to cure the cancer.
