First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called INZ-701 in up to 16 infants (up to 1 year old) who have rare genetic conditions that cause dangerous calcium buildup in blood vessels and bones. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how it affects the body, especially the heart. Researchers will also measure changes in blood markers and look for any side effects.
